This class can create hierarchic menus stored in a MySQL database.

It can create a menu structure of multiple levels having the menu entries stored in a MySQL database table.

The class can handle AJAX requests to add, remove link items and categories to the menu.

The menu definitions may also be stored amd retrived from files.
