Hi I'm trying to view this application
I already did as described in the readme file, although I do not understand because I have to run the script of contacts, but I did.
the readme says that I must have the install script to install the ladder and notes, I known one because I can not have two files with the same name in the same directory.
I also change the paths in your scripts.
I ran the whole procedure and apparently everything was correct.
but when I run the index script sends me the following error.

I look in the index.php script
these lines

I can not find these scripts in the package
